A History of Service

Summit owner Matt Colchico’s in-depth involvement in our business is driven by his passion for the building services profession and his enjoyment of working directly with people. Our entire team understands that cultivating the relationship with clients such as yourself makes us a true partner. It is also the key to earning your trust and your business.

Both Mr. Colchico and the top management at Summit are involved in the selection and training of our staff. This is followed by ongoing communication with staff in the field and encouraging them to provide us with the feedback that enables us to continuallly improve the service we provide to you. Working closely with staff and diffusing Summit’s unique service philosophy throughout the company insures that we are able to achieve our primary goal of ensuring that you remain satified with our sevices. That also makes it likely that our relationship with your company will continue for the long term..

We train our personnel to look at our customer’s perspective first and foremost. We continually refine our performance through tools such as our Service Request process. This ensure we can offer you Summit’s service at a consistently high level.

Your Service Team & Training Principles

Our management team has over 75 years of experience in building services and works together exceptionally well. From our Field Supervisors and Utility Crews to our Customer Operations Manager, Office Manager, Night Manager and Owner, we are all focused on customer satisfaction. Our field crews are carefully screened and trained on three levels.

1. Basic Core Training: Specific do’s and don’ts are covered along with Summit’s Consistent Facility Cleaning process. This process allows for maximum cleanliness in an efficient amount of time.

2. Rules, Regulations and Safety: This is perhaps one of the most important parts of our job. We stay up to date on your facility requirements as well as your industry requirements. In addition, safety training is an ongoing process with various considerations at each location. When we hold the keys to your facility, you can rest assured that they are in safe and trustworthy hands.

3. Site Specifics: Every building is as unique as the people it serves. From alarm codes to specific cleaning requirements, your Janitor will be trained on your current facility needs and will adapt to your ongoing requests as well.
