Matt Colchico founded Summit Building Services in 1996 providing janitorial services for two well-established, local businesses in the East Bay area. After more than 27 years in the business and over 15 years as an owner, Summit now provides services throughout the Bay Area and to the following locations also:

The Sacramento Valley.
The Delta.
The San Joaquin Valley.

In 2023 Matt is still very involved in day-to-day operations. This hands-on approach, along with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, is the reason that Summit has been steadily growing over the last 27 years.

During recent years, Matt has positioned Summit’s customer service level above that of other companies in the industry. That is the other reason for the company's growth.

Whether you need one janitor or a crew, they will arrive in one of Summit's clearly marked vans, they will be wearing a Summit t-shirt or jacket, and they will be prepared to provide the service that you or your building requires at a competetive price.
