Our management team has over 75 years of experience in building services and works together exceptionally well. Our Field Supervisors, Operations Department and Janitorial Team are all focused on client satisfaction and carefully screened and trained on three levels:
1. Basic Core Training:
Summit onboards our team the right way. Specific do’s and don’ts are covered and our Field Supervisors maintain regular communication with janitorial staff. This process allows for maximum cleanliness in an efficient amount of time.
2. Rules, Regulations and Safety:
This is perhaps one of the most important parts of our job. Safety training is an ongoing process, we stay up to date on industry requirements and continuously aim to exceed.
3. Site Specifics:
Every building is as unique as the people it serves. From alarm codes to that lone trash can out of plain sight, your Janitor will be aware of your current facility needs and will adapt to your requests. When we hold the keys to your facility, you can rest assured that they are in safe and trustworthy hands.
